About Munroe Chiropractic in Williamsville, NY
Experience. Quality. Compassion. Caring for Williamsville and Western New York families from our Main Street office since 1987, and now proud to be part of the Complete Care Chiropractic family.
Quick answer: Munroe Chiropractic has served Williamsville, NY and Western New York since 1987, helping more than 40,000 patients with hands-on, drug-free, non-invasive chiropractic care. In 2026 the practice joined the Complete Care Chiropractic family, keeping the same trusted team at the same 6035 Main Street location.
Our Story Began in 1987
Munroe Chiropractic, P.C. opened its doors in Williamsville in 1987 on a simple idea that still guides us today. Take the time to listen, put your hands on the problem, and give the body a real chance to heal before reaching for anything invasive.
For nearly four decades from our office at 6035 Main Street, that approach has helped more than 40,000 patients across Williamsville, Amherst, Clarence, Buffalo, and the greater Western New York area. Our patients are our neighbors. They are the families who found relief from back and neck pain, the workers recovering from on-the-job injuries, the drivers rebuilding after an auto accident, the weekend athletes, the expectant moms, and the grandparents who simply want to keep moving comfortably.
An Exciting New Chapter
In 2026, Munroe Chiropractic became part of the Complete Care Chiropractic family. It is the same trusted team, the same familiar Williamsville location, and the same commitment to hands-on, patient-first care, now with the added strength and resources of a wider group of dedicated chiropractors.
For our long-time patients, the day-to-day experience feels reassuringly the same. For new patients, it means access to a deeper bench of clinical expertise under one roof.
Experience. Quality. Compassion.
Three words have summed up this practice since the beginning. They are not just a tagline. They are how we measure ourselves with every patient who sits in our chairs.
Nearly 40 years of Williamsville roots and a team of doctors with training across sports rehabilitation, prenatal and pediatric care, and spinal decompression.
Thorough evaluations, on-site digital imaging when appropriate, and evidence-informed techniques chosen to fit each patient rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.
A warm, unhurried office where questions are welcome, where we treat you like a neighbor, and where care is tailored to your goals and comfort.
Team You Can Heal With
Our patients often tell us the doctors and staff are what keep them coming back. Provider schedules vary throughout the week, so call or text (716) 632-4476 and we will match you with the right doctor and a time that works.
Dr. Niccole Jefferlone, B.S., D.C.
Owner
Dr. Niccole Jefferlone is the owner of the practice and a proud Buffalo native. She played volleyball, basketball, and softball in high school, and it was a nagging overuse injury in her shoulder at around sixteen, one that spread into her neck and upper back, that first sent her looking for answers. She saw specialist after specialist without improvement until a chiropractor finally resolved the whole thing. That was the moment she decided what she wanted to do with her life.
She earned her chiropractic degree at D'Youville College in Buffalo, where she learned how adjusting combined with soft-tissue work could address far more than the spine alone. She had lived with severe migraines her entire life, and treating herself with those same techniques resolved them. Helping other people get the same relief has been a driving force in her career ever since.
Dr. Jefferlone is a Certified Graston Technique Provider, a Certified Webster Technique Provider, and certified in SpiderTech Taping. She treats the entire musculoskeletal system, including the spine, shoulders, feet, joints, and muscles, and she has a particular reputation for resolving stubborn migraines and headaches, sports injuries, and strained or torn muscles. Alongside Dr. Matt Millanti, she leads our Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression program here in Williamsville.
In 2013 she founded Complete Care Chiropractic, and she has enjoyed watching that practice grow and reach more people every year. Bringing Munroe Chiropractic into the family in 2026 continues that same mission on Main Street.

Dr. Safeya Muhammad has been caring for patients at the practice for 11 years, with a special focus on prenatal, pediatric, and family chiropractic care. She loves having the opportunity to care for entire families, build long-term relationships with her patients, and support them through different stages of life.
Dr. Muhammad is fully CACCP certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), with advanced training to provide gentle, age-appropriate chiropractic care for babies, children, and families. She is also Webster Technique certified, with specialized training to support comfort, mobility, and pelvic balance during pregnancy.

She is also continuing her education and is nearing completion of her full perinatal certification.
Dr. Muhammad enjoys continually expanding her clinical skills and learning from the other providers around her. She is particularly interested in continuing to develop her knowledge of extremity adjusting techniques and values the opportunity to collaborate with her colleagues and exchange ideas that can ultimately benefit her patients.
Originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, Dr. Muhammad is a busy mom of three: Sophia, Jimmy, and Kaden. The family also includes Daisy, their 11-year-old red Lab. Summer is her favorite season because it means more time outside with the kids. When she has some free time, she enjoys birdwatching, searching for sea glass, checking out yard sales, and discovering new coffee shops.
For Dr. Safeya Muhammad, chiropractic care is about more than treating an individual. It is about caring for the whole family through every stage of life, with a particular passion for supporting moms, babies, and children.

Dr. Matt Millanti, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. Matt Millanti has been caring for patients at the practice for 10 years and values the relationships he has built along the way. One of his favorite parts of being a chiropractor is having the opportunity to treat patients over time and watching those relationships grow, with many patients ultimately becoming friends.
Dr. Millanti also has extensive knowledge and experience with Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression, a gentle treatment option used to help patients struggling with certain types of neck and back pain. He takes the time to determine whether decompression is appropriate for each patient and carefully manages their treatment plan based on their individual needs and goals.
Originally from South Buffalo, Dr. Matt appreciates the connections he has developed throughout the Western New York community, including relationships with other healthcare professionals and attorneys in the area. He takes pride in working hard, connecting with people, and providing care that patients can depend on.

Chiropractor
Dr. Megan joined the practice in 2026 and brings an energetic, patient-centered approach to chiropractic care. Originally from Minnesota, she loves meeting new people, helping patients however she can, and creating an environment where every person feels heard, seen, and treated as an individual.
Education and empathy are central to the way Dr. Megan practices. She enjoys challenging herself, learning new things, and helping patients better understand their bodies and their care. Her background also includes a master's degree in sports rehabilitation, as well as previous experience performing acupuncture in Minnesota. She hopes to eventually bring acupuncture back into her work here in New York.
Outside of the office, Dr. Megan enjoys crocheting, video games, hiking, and the occasional reality-TV binge. She and her boyfriend, Justin, have two mini Aussiedoodles, Azi and Ernie. Fall is her favorite season, thanks to the cooler temperatures and changing colors.

The People Behind Your Care
From the front desk to insurance and medical records, our team keeps your care running smoothly.
Jamey Kern
Business Manager
Jamey Kern was born and raised in Western New York, where he grew up singing, learning music, and performing in show choir and musicals. He fell in love with food and cooking early on and built a career in the culinary arts, working in kitchens all over the region.
After many years behind the line, he and his wife, Dr. Niccole Jefferlone, decided his talents would do more good building the family business. In 2017 he stepped in as business manager, and he has been growing the practice and supporting the team ever since. He loves being part of the local wellness community, and his role is what lets the doctors and clinical staff give their full attention to patient care.
When Jamey is not working he is usually with his sons Eddie, Greyson, and Nico, or playing piano and guitar. He also loves being outside, golfing and fishing whenever he can, gardening and growing his own food, and still cooks for his family.
Marianne Millidge
Chief Financial Officer
Marianne Millidge brings nearly four decades of experience in the chiropractic field and a remarkable history with this practice.
A lifelong Western New Yorker, Marianne grew up in Cheektowaga, New York. After graduating from Bryant & Stratton Business Institute, she began working in the chiropractic field in 1986. In 1991 she joined Munroe Chiropractic, beginning what would become more than 35 years of dedication to the practice and its patients.
When Marianne first walked through the doors, she admits she knew very little about the day-to-day operations of a chiropractic office. She learned from the ground up, working her way through virtually every position in the practice. Over the years she developed an extensive understanding of patient care, front desk operations, scheduling, billing, administration, and practice management. That experience ultimately led her into a leadership role and made her an invaluable source of knowledge about the practice, its patients, and its history.
For Marianne, however, the most meaningful part of her career has always been the people. After so many years in one practice, she has had the opportunity to build lasting relationships with generations of patients and their families and to watch chiropractic care positively impact their lives.
The transition to the Complete Care Chiropractic family has also brought Marianne's career full circle. Years ago she worked alongside Dr. Niccole Jefferlone when Dr. Niccole was beginning her own career as a chiropractic assistant at the front desk. Marianne remembers when Dr. Niccole eventually left the practice and said that one day she hoped to return and own it. Today, Marianne has the unique opportunity to see that promise become a reality.
Being able to continue her career here and once again work alongside Dr. Niccole has made this new chapter especially meaningful to her. After dedicating more than three decades to the practice, Marianne is excited to remain part of its future while watching someone whose career she saw begin now lead the practice forward.
Outside of the office, family is at the center of Marianne's life. She has been married for 42 years and is the proud mother of two daughters and grandmother of four grandsons. Some of her favorite moments are the simplest ones, being home with her family, spending time together, and cooking for the people she loves.
After nearly 40 years in chiropractic, Marianne still genuinely enjoys coming to work. Her experience, loyalty, and deep connection to both the patients and the history of the practice make her an important part of this team, and she is excited to be part of what comes next.
Janelle
Office Manager
Janelle has been part of the practice since 2008, bringing years of experience, leadership, and a genuine passion for both patients and her team to her role as Office Manager. Over the years, she has learned that leadership is about much more than giving direction. It is about leading by example, staying confident, encouraging others, and creating a positive environment where everyone feels supported.
One of Janelle's favorite parts of her role is helping the people around her grow. Whether she is encouraging a coworker, helping a patient along their wellness journey, or celebrating someone's success, she loves being part of the process. She is also a lifelong learner and is excited to work alongside different departments and bring the best ideas together as the practice continues to grow.
Born and raised in Buffalo, Janelle is 50% French Canadian and has plenty of family just across the border. Outside of work, family is everything. She and her husband, David, have been married for five years and have two daughters, Ellena and Liliana.
More than anything, Janelle brings an encouraging, team-first approach to the office. She believes everyone brings a unique perspective and that there is always something new to learn from one another, an outlook that has helped make her a trusted leader and an important part of the practice for nearly two decades.
Renee
Workers' Compensation Executive
Renee has been a dedicated part of the team since 2014, bringing more than a decade of experience, dependability, and attention to detail to her role as our Workers' Compensation Executive. She plays an important part in our revenue cycle, helping ensure the practice receives accurate and timely reimbursement while also working closely with patients to help them navigate their cases.
Renee especially enjoys being able to take some of the stress away from patients by handling the behind-the-scenes details so they can focus on what matters most, their health and recovery. Originally from Depew, Renee has called Niagara County home for the past 30 years. She values the close-knit, family atmosphere of the office and describes herself as dependable, honest, loyal, flexible, and always willing to go above and beyond.
Outside of work, family is at the center of Renee's life. She enjoys spending time with her fiance, Vince, her three children, and her ten grandchildren. Some of her favorite memories are made with her grandkids, whether they are watching movies, playing outside, visiting parks and fairs, or simply spending time together.
Alicia
Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant
Alicia has been part of the practice for eight years, making her a familiar and trusted face at the front desk. She takes pride in knowing that she plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly and especially enjoys being someone her coworkers can turn to when they have questions. For Alicia, one of the best parts of coming to work is getting to know our patients, doctors, and her fellow team members.
Originally from Gasport, New York, Alicia loves both winter and summer for very different reasons. Winter means her birthday and Christmas, while summer gives her the chance to be outside, travel, and head to the beach. When she is not at the office, she loves going to concerts, listening to music, spending time with friends, and going out dancing.
Family is incredibly important to Alicia. She has one older brother and one younger sister, along with nieces and nephews she loves spending time with. At work, Alicia is always interested in learning new things and becoming more efficient. Her years of experience, willingness to help, and ability to connect with both patients and coworkers make her an important part of the team.
Brittany
Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant
Brittany has been part of the team for almost three years, working at the front desk and helping create the warm, welcoming experience we want every patient to have from the moment they walk through the door. A Buffalo native, Brittany is naturally people-oriented and genuinely enjoys getting to know our patients, making them feel comfortable, and helping the office feel more like family than a typical medical facility.
One of Brittany's favorite parts of her role is working alongside her coworkers and continually learning new aspects of chiropractic care. She enjoys taking on new challenges, building her knowledge, and finding ways to grow and improve in her position.
Outside of the office, Brittany's world revolves around her 12-year-old daughter, Melody, who she describes as her best friend. When she is not working, you will likely find Brittany camping, kayaking, reading, hiking, relaxing at the beach, or simply spending time with her family.

Andrea is passionate about working closely with patients and continuing to expand her knowledge of chiropractic care and how the human body works. What she enjoys most about being in the office is simple: the patients. She values getting to know the people she works with and describes herself as sympathetic, understanding, and someone who genuinely cares deeply about others.
Andrea is originally from the Town of Tonawanda and especially loves fall, the weather and all the activities that come along with it. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending as much time as possible with her fiance, Jordi, her friends, and her family.
At work, Andrea is always looking for ways to become more efficient and continue learning from the people around her. Her caring personality, curiosity, and genuine interest in people make her a wonderful part of the team.

Chiropractic Assistant / Medical Records
Ry is a Chiropractic Assistant who also works in our Medical Records Department. After starting with the practice in November 2025, she made the move to Buffalo and has quickly become an important part of the team. She loves connecting with patients, learning about their lives, and continuing to expand her knowledge of chiropractic care and how the human body works.
In her medical records role, Ry especially enjoys the independence and responsibility that comes with her work. She takes pride in knowing that what she does is important to the office and enjoys being someone the team can rely on. Ry loves the close-knit relationship between the doctors and staff and hopes to continue learning everything she can about the practice, including Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression.
Originally from Windham, New York, Ry moved to Buffalo to live with her longtime boyfriend, Zach. Outside of work she enjoys reading, paddleboarding, and plays in a summer kickball league. Ry describes herself as someone who cares deeply about everything she does, both personally and professionally.
Randy
Front Desk
Randy was born in Rochester, NY and graduated from Monroe Community College in Liberal Arts. After moving to Buffalo in June 2026, he was introduced to chiropractic after working in the physical therapy field for the previous seven years. Being able to see patients come in with pain and leave with immense relief has been eye opening for him, and it showed him how effective chiropractic care can be.
Randy's main goal at the front desk is to make sure everyone's needs are met and everyone leaves with a smile. That includes scheduling appointments and making sure patients are as comfortable as possible to help with their healing journey.
Outside of work Randy enjoys the comforts of home, reading, and spending time with his wife and cats. When he is not at home you can find him at a local arcade playing endless hours of pinball, or finding new places to hike and camp. Since moving to Buffalo he has enjoyed exploring the city and all the fun things there are to discover.
